DELIVERING TURNKEY PACKAGES

This means that clients don’t have to bring in external contractors such as builders and decorators to work with the passive fire protection contractor, which results in projects being completed quicker, with minimal disruption and less inconvenience for residential clients and equally as importantly, a cost saving. Having complete control of the whole process is also important from a safety and liability insurance perspective

WE DELIVER A MORE EFFICIENT, COST EFFECTIVE PFP SOLUTION EVERY TIME.

WE DELIVER A MORE EFFICIENT, COST EFFECTIVE PFP SOLUTION EVERY TIME.

The winning combination of being an experienced construction company that provides a complete range of passive fire solutions is unique, and is just one of the reasons why we have so many loyal, long-standing clients from a variety of sectors. Another reason is our excellent reputation, which has been built on providing excellent customer service and the ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget every time.

Building owners, occupiers and operators as well as landlords in residential buildings have to abide by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO) in England and Wales. They have a legal obligation to ensure their properties and tenants are safe and this includes all aspects of PFP. Failure to fulfil their duties could result in prosecution. And with fire safety in the public eye recently it is reassuring for clients to know that we hold third party accreditation for all of our PFP installation work.

OLD & NEW BUILDS

We have the resources and experience to undertake projects of all scope and sizes in both the public and private sectors. There has recently been an increase in demand for remedial work, especially within flats and apartment buildings. When we work on blocks of flats we will replace fire doors, reinstate fire compartmentation and upgrade the premises to ensure it meets current fire safety standards at all levels. Our other specialism is installing passive fire protection measures on new builds. Some of these include student accommodation, office blocks, residential apartments, hospitals, universities and care homes, to name just a few.

We Specialise In All Aspects Of PFP Including:

  •  Timber Fire doors – maintenance and new installation
  •  Composite Fire Doors – commonly used for flat entrance doors
  •  Fire rated glazing
  •  Penetration seals
  •  Linear gap seals
  •  Compartmentation reinstatement
  •  Inspection of existing installations

Additionally, we provide service level agreements that are tailored to meet the needs of each client, which also offers peace of mind for such an extremely important subject. To remain at the forefront of the industry and to provide an unrivalled service to our clients, we’ve invested heavily in software systems that meet the criteria of the new Golden Thread of information requirement to be able to deliver a large scope of PFP works and have expanded into survey work, fire risk assessments and inspections and opened our training centre.

Hartland Passive Fire Protection is growing rapidly, and to accommodate the increase in demand for our services and to deliver our new survey, inspection and training programme, we have recently relocated to a bigger, purpose built site in Cardiff, which brings our current muti-site operation at Cardiff Bay and Bridgend to one new HQ building.
